Safe Driving Initiative Donation $10
Safe Driving Initiative donations collected online will be charged an additional $1 to cover processing fees. Please include the student’s name, address, and Docket # so the donation can be properly reported to the Collierville City Court.
Payments made by check or money order will not incur an additional fee and can be made out to Collierville High School PTSO. They can be mailed or dropped off at Collierville High School, 11605 E Shelby Dr., attn PTSO in a sealed envelope WITH the Donation form.
